With “Le Menu Belge” Frank and Christine add a new dimension to the ethics of hospitality in our hotel. To us home-cooking means exquisite regional dishes prepared with the best ingredients and expertise. If you choose the menu or one or more à la carte dishes, “Le Menu Belge” will always be a culinary journey through the landscape of our gastronomy in a unique setting.

Born out of a family of bakers and pork-butchers he has sucked in the love for good food with his mother’s milk. After getting a university degree he rolls into the restaurant business in the coastal region where he takes final responsibility for the casino kitchens as well as for a restaurant that was crowned with a Michelin star while under his guidance.
His knowledge of food and wine is mostly autodidactic, but has been supported by workshops at toppers of gastronomy such as Gaston Lenôtre, Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse.
Frank is the father of the most famous Belgian chocolatier Dominique Persoone
