Located along the Dijver, one of Bruges’ most picturesque canals, Restaurant Mémoire offers contemporary Belgian cuisine with a farm-to-table approach, inspired by local ingredients and the seasons.
From Wednesday to Saturday, Mémoire welcomes both hotel guests and non-residents to enjoy our Flanders Flavours Menu, a three-course menu with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts.
On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, guests staying at Hotel De Tuilerieën can enjoy dinner in the relaxed setting of The Parlour, where a separate dining menu is available exclusively to hotel guests.
Dinner is served from Wednesday till Saturday 6:00 - 8:00
