Restaurant Mémoire in Bruges – Flanders Flavours Menu
Discover contemporary Belgian cuisine at Restaurant Mémoire, the refined restaurant of Hotel De Tuilerieën on the historic Dijver canal in the heart of Bruges. Our Flanders Flavours Menu offers a taste of local, seasonal, farm-to-table dining, celebrating the flavours of Flanders. Priced at €59 per person, excluding drinks, this three-course menu includes a choice of three starters, three main courses and three desserts.
Restaurant Mémoire is open from Wednesday to Saturday, welcoming both hotel guests and non-residents to enjoy the Flanders Flavours Menu.
On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, hotel guests can dine in The Parlour, where a separate dining offering is available exclusively to guests staying at Hotel De Tuilerieën.

For this special evening, our culinary team has created an exclusive Christmas Eve menu, bringing together seasonal flavours, refined cuisine and the warm atmosphere of the festive season. Served in the intimate and elegant setting of Restaurant Mémoire, each course has been carefully composed to make Christmas Eve a truly memorable occasion.
The Christmas Eve menu is priced at €175 per person and includes an aperitif and water.
